We're looking for a Financial Product Educator to join our Investor Team—someone who thrives on breaking down complex financial concepts and guiding others toward investment literacy and product understanding.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead educational forums—build an engaging, classroom-style learning experience tailored to investors at different stages of their journey.
Deliver clear, practical education on Chance Voight's investment products, strategy frameworks, and market context.
Confidently manage ad hoc conversations—respond to spontaneous queries from clients and colleagues with clarity, professionalism, and calm.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product messaging aligns with evolving offerings and regulatory requirements.
Develop support materials such as presentations, guides, and quick-reference tools to enhance understanding and accessibility.
You will have:

Strong understanding of investment products and the financial services landscape in NZ.
Exceptional communication and teaching skills—able to translate complex ideas into simple language.
Confidence speaking one-on-one and to groups, with the flexibility to pivot in real-time discussions.
Prior experience in financial education, advisory, or client-facing roles required.
