We're looking for a Financial Advice Language Trainer to join our Investor Team—someone who can shape and guide the way we communicate complex advice with consistency, clarity, and confidence.
This isn't just about grammar—it's about precision, tone, and trust.
You'll be the internal compass for how we explain financial advice, ensuring everyone on the Investor Team is aligned in language, messaging, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Train the team in clear, consistent advice language—ensuring explanations are client-ready, confident, and easy to understand.
Create and maintain a shared language framework—terms, phrases, and explanations that reflect Chance Voight's values and investment approach.
Facilitate alignment sessions—regularly bring the team together to review communication habits, check consistency, and refine phrasing.
Coach team members one-on-one and in groups, providing real-time feedback and support to sharpen communication style.
Collaborate with compliance and product teams to ensure messaging stays aligned with regulatory requirements and product evolution.
What we are looking for:

A deep understanding of financial advice and investment terminology.
Strong background in communication, training, or client-facing roles—within financial services.
A knack for simplifying complex ideas and guiding others to do the same.
Confidence leading discussions and workshops that challenge and uplift the way we speak as a team.
