Interviewer - Casual - Auckland Cbd

Individuals are required to conduct telephone interviews with survey participants on a research project run by Massey University. Interviewing will be conducted from our offices in the Auckland CBD. We are in need of interviewers to start work mid-June. Interviewers will be required to conduct telephone interviews with survey participants relating to the research project. Interviewers may be able to arrange interview times to suit their own and participants’ availability.
Full training will be provided.Key Accountability Areas: Complete interviews in a timely and accurate manner Undertake on-going training as required Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Act responsibility and ethically in all matters Be self-managing Attributes and Skills: Previous interviewing experience preferred Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with survey participants and other staff Ability to be resilient and clearly understand ethical issues related to interviewing on sensitive and confidential topics.
