The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years recruitment experience, possess a proven ability to build and maintain positive business relationships that focus on supporting managers to achieve best outcomes for the organisation and their recruitment decisions.
A supportive and proactive style that strikes that balance of efficiently managing processes and advising on best practice will help make you a success in this role.
Key Requirements:
End to end recruitment experience
Ability to develop strong internal relationships
Delivery of an exceptional candidate experience
Advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong administration, time management and prioritisation skills
High level of attention to detail and adherence to process requirements
Ability to operate to tight deadlines, in a complex and fast-moving environment
Taleo experience is preferable
