We are in an exciting growth phase and as such need an exceptionalInternal Key Account Managerwith customer service skills that are second to none to join the team at theMt Edenbranch.
The Opportunity:
Working in the branch, you will report to the Branch Manager, provide internal support to the Sales team to maximize sales opportunities to ensure profitable growth, whilst building on existing relationships to create sales retention and establish long-lasting customer relationships. The role is customer-focused where you will:
Process and organise customer and/or supplier credits
Punch, pick, pack, dispatch and organise orders the day they are received
Liaise with relevant sales staff and suppliers to co-ordinate sales activities, ensuring key account clients receive quality, professional service
Ensure enquires, sales, and quotations are accurate and timely
Contribute to the development and preparation of sales budgets; monthly forecast reports; sales plans
Provide professional, quality and efficient customer service.

The branch requires someone who is self-motivated, who will get stuck in and help out with all aspects of the business such as regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.

You will need:
Product knowledge and/or experience in the electrical, industrial or safety markets is highly desirable
Exceptional customer service skills (experience with trade customers advantageous)
Experience in account management and relationship building with a proven sales record
Outstanding communication and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Intermediate level of computer literacy, experience with Movex M3 is advantageous
