Therefore, we are searching for a highly competent, driven and personable Test Analyst to join the team;The role:
Operating within a mature Agile environment, you will be responsible for working with Scrum masters, Product Owners & the wider Agile team to have a high contribution to user stories and to define testing scenarios
You will be responsible for both manual testing and writing and running automated tests as required
Plan, create and execute test cases for all assigned projects
Perform system, integration, regression and post deployment testing to ensure the delivery of quality software
Identify software defects, bugs and feature gaps
Contribute to software testing documentation
Produce test deliverables that are written to be reusable, modular and auditable
Participate in deployments from a testing perspective including functionality delivery confirmation, deployments between staging, UAT and production sign off
Requirements:
Good knowledge of processes and activities carried out throughout the SDLC
3-5 years of experience working as a tester in a commercial IT environment
Competent use of testing tools
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical
A relevant tertiary qualification – desirable
