The culture is social, team-oriented, and aspirational.Due to growth, they are now seeking an intermediate-level project manager.The role will involve support from a senior project manager and appropriate mentoring.
Key responsibilities include:Establishing the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility reports, monitoring statutory processes, and advising on procurement options.Managing the construction phase, with responsibilities for QA, risk, financial reporting, budget management, and programming.Managing stakeholders and conducting or chairing meetings.Candidates should come from a project management consultancy background with 3-7 years of NZ/UK experience, involved in vertical projects across health, education, industrial sectors, and/or exposure to horizontal projects like utilities or transportation.
A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science is essential.
Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude, and passion are important.
