Each day brings fresh challenges, but here's a snapshot of what you can expect:
Be involved in all stages of design, from project inception through to live product.
Create high fidelity and interactive design work, working closely with the Product Manager and squad team.
Outstanding ability to turn complex data problems into outstanding user centric solutions.
Promote and lead user testing of your work throughout the design lifecycle, with a solid understanding of research and testing methods.
Collaborate closely with UX researchers to organise and run user testing sessions on the new features we're creating.
Liaise with external stakeholders/agents to gain insights on pain points to alleviate with beautiful and functional product design.
So far so good? What we're looking for from you is:
2-5 years' experience in a similar level role and/or evidence of skills.
A portfolio demonstrating a strong background in UI and UX design.
Knowledgeable in best practices for user testing and user research.
UX mad - you're all about creating detailed and comprehensive UX designs for web and mobile.
Excellent understanding of responsive design, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
A team player who proactively seeks open collaboration with other designers, squad members and stakeholders.
