Intermediate Architect Technician

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our client!
As an Architectural Technician, you will produce documents for the purposes of building consent, you will be very proficient using Revit and you will be able to produce working drawings and documentation to a high standard. The projects that you will be responsible for include residential and commercial projects and ideally you will have good design skills and be able to produce design solutions.
Ideally you will be a good communicator and able to manage projects independently throughout the entire design process, from taking a client brief to preparing drawings and documentation, liaising with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project to ensure its success.
As an experienced Architectural Technician, you will have an excellent working knowledge of NZ building legislation including the NZ building codes and NZS3604
Ideally we are looking for an intermediate level Architectural Technician but the key requirement here is that you can work unsupervised. You may be an experienced Architectural Graduate or you may be a Registered Architect or Design LBP.
