The Integration team helps to ensure that KiwiRail's technology systems are seamlessly integrated to support information flows between systems in a structured and controlled manner.
The team is responsible for 24/7 support incident management for integration services when and where required.In this role, you will provide ongoing support and development of integration services, and will build, create, monitor and develop services.
You will develop integration frameworks and work within existing frameworks to ensure consistency of services to both external and internal customers.Reporting to the Integration Manager, your key accountabilities include:Providing leadership to the teamDeveloping and implementing solutionsInteracting and resolving with customers business integration issuesMaintaining lifecycle of APIs and integration servicesKeeping across new technology developments and trendsTroubleshooting issues, proactively reporting on and remediating issuesContributing to and supporting a culture of continuous improvementYour experience will demonstrate a solid understanding of integration concepts in enterprise environments and you will have at least 5 to 10 years working within large scale organisations to deliver integration capabilities.
