Integration Analyst

We are looking for an Integration Analysts with a strong focus on Integration and Business Process who is able to work closely with key clients (of IT Applications), vendors, and Enterprise Architects whilst developing architectural design. You should also be able to work with the development and testing teams as the solution is implemented.
In this role, you are expected to:
Deliver integration analysis artefacts
Deliver interface requirements specifications
Develop and maintain standards and requirements for interfaces
Elaborate requirements using structured techniques such as business process modelling, business domain modelling, class diagrams to describe message structures, state transition diagrams and business rules
Define enterprise service requirements (in consultation with the Integration Team leads)
Define changes to the CDM (canonical data model or enterprise data model) as needed by new service requirements (in consultation with the Information Architect)
Do data analysis to provide mapping from enterprise messages to legacy system's data
Do business rules analysis to define responsibilities of the service and rules under which the contract will operate
Do business process analysis to determine candidates for business process implementation and extract business rules

We are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Senior Business Analyst
Systems analysis of legacy applications to understand business rules and data concepts
Basic SQL skills for data analysis purposes
Experience in data modelling / business domain modelling
Experience with using CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, Oracle Developer
Appreciation of SOA (service oriented architecture) approach to IT architecture solutions
Appreciation of business process modelling
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to engage with different stakeholders
