At its heart, this is a senior and strategic role dedicated to providing excellent, values-based leadership to our vibrant and dynamic frontline and clinical teams. This includes nursing, whanau/family support, healthcare assistants and medical teams. Each of these have their own Team Leader/Manager leading their respective teams at an operational level.Overall, the team that you will lead consists of anywhere between 20-30 staff working either full-time or part-time hours. You will support the team leaders to build high-performing, united teams and you will work with the wider leadership team to develop initiatives that will deliver on our strategic goals.This is a key role within the organization, and you will be joining a supportive, united and aspirational leadership team that is focused on relentless excellence for our community.This is a 40 hour per week role worked over 5 days - Monday to Friday.This role would suit an experienced or emerging senior leader in the health, allied services, or social sector space.
