We are a global organisation looking for smart new talent to join us, based out of the fabulous new Commercial Bay premises!
In your role as an Insurer & Consumer Specialist, you will be a valuable part of our Employee Health and Benefits team and will be working with our professional team of Client Executives. This role is a unique mix ofcustomer serviceand data analytics in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent day-to-day service by liaising with our corporate clients’ HR and Payroll teams.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate confidence in crunching numbers, as well as adding value to the culture of our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Data processing, matching and cleansing in Excel
Timely and accurate processing of:
correspondence, letters, invoices, quotations and documentation
premium and adjustment calculations
information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings
Providing technical support to client executives and dealing with enquires via phone or email
Client Portfolio Management – planning renewals and updating records, daily communication and liaising, arranging medical assessments
Accurate and timely processing of all membership changes
Key Skills:
Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy skills,
Advanced computer literacy (Excel), formulae and data manipulation
Accurate and efficient data entry.
Good customer communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
Work proactively and independently or within a team.
Willingness and ability to learn.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to contribute to building the team culture.
Professional and an effective communicator.
Experience with data analysis would be advantageous
A strong technical knowledge of Life and Disability products (ideal not required)
An in-depth understanding of working relationships with insurers, advisers and their clients (ideal not required)
