Tasks Include: Interviewing clients to identify their insurance needsExplaining to clients details of insurance and conditions, risk coverage, premiums and benefitsAssisting clients to determine the type and level of coverage required calculating premiums and establishing method of paymentReviewing clients' circumstances to ensure that the level and coverage of insurance is still appropriateSettling and monitoring insurance claims to ensure that both client and insurer are satisfied with the outcomeRecording information about clients and their policiesIdentifying and drawing up lists of potential clients from a variety of sources and contacting them to arrange interviewsKeeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and informing clients of new developmentSkill: • Excellent communication skills• Technical Skills• Customer focused• High level of accuracy and attention to details• Able to interact with diverse group of people• Solid judgement skills• Negotiation Skills• Selling skillsQualifications and Experience• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Direct or Field Sales /ICT Sales/ Technical Knowledge or Studied Level 7 in IT, Business/Marketing or related field• MS Office Suite literacy• Customer service experience• Attention to details• Your own vehicle and full drivers license • Must be available to work on weekends Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
