About the role
This phone based account management role will see you drive your own portfolio of business clients. These clients are small to medium sized businesses located throughout the country, covering a wide industry scope. This exceptional opportunity is not telesales, this role is about exploring business needs and identifying product solutions that meet the clients' needs.
Our comprehensive training programme will ensure you are set up to succeed so prior sales experience is not necessary. Determination, commitment and a drive to achieve is what it takes!
Responsibilities
Build strong business relationships with your clients
Identify and secure growth opportunities within your own portfolio
Develop strategies around approaching and winning new businesses
Maintain an efficient portfolio
Be proactive and reactive in sales and customer service, exploring and converting sales opportunities
Achieve revenue targets
