Innovation Manager

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a 6-month contract as an Innovation Manager covering a secondment. The position is responsible for the delivery and project management of new products that will drive growth and deliver our innovation objectives.

You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the business to support the successful launch of new products and process improvements. If you thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, this role is for you!




Key Responsibilities

* Lead NPD projects through their lifecycle from concept to delivery and deletion. Includes minor NPD, BIFG NPD, value optimization/simplification and deletion projects.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, production, and more) to drive project progress.
* Assist with budget tracking for production trials, sensory testing, and other project costs.
* Stakeholder management across internal departments e.g. brand, channel, finance, production, science and technology to ensure cross-functional team input into NPD projects.
* Arrange NPD project kick off & team meetings, track progress vs timelines ensuring a results-oriented approach to achieve project milestones.




About You

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who holds themselves to a high degree of accountability, urgency and follow through. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across different teams.
* Experience with project management, brand management, or FMCG (through studies, internships, or work experience).
* A degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
