By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying prospects, contacting potential clients, and generating leads.Understanding clients' requirements, demonstrating our products to clients, and explaining their benefits.Accountable for the sales of software product, with a strong commitment to achieve monthly sales target with the team.Work independently to engage clients from relationship building, sales presentation, solution explanation, business negotiation, contract signing and handling over to project team etc.QualificationsPassionate in HR, IT, and Sales.Ability to understand IT concepts.Demonstrate effective communication skills and customer-centric ethics to achieve high sales performance.Experienced success in full sales cycle including lead generation and deal closing.Genuine commitment to build sound relationships at all levels of the business with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant professional qualifications.Relevant experience in the HR or IT industry, with experience in HR software, is an added advantage.
