About the role:
With our rapidly expanding company we have a new and exciting opportunity for an Information Systems Coordinator. In this role you will work with the Executive, business development group and senior stakeholders across ELA to develop and lead the efficient implementation of our digital content and information systems.
Ideally the role will be based in our City office, but other locations would be considered for the right person.
The role will involve:
Assisting the Business Systems Manager to deliver projects that influence technical capacity, business growth and profitability and that further the values of ELA
Working closely with ELA staff to drive adoption, deliver training and how to for innovation initiatives and business systems
Working with and supporting our IT team to understand the needs of ELA staff and deliver excellent service and outcomes
Assisting with the administration of ELAs ERP, Netsuite, OpenAir
Aiding ELA departments to ensure social media, marketing and promotional material supports and enhances the brand / image of the company.
About you:
This is a hands-on role that will bring together your passion for new technology, and your communication and collaboration skills as you work with others in the business to identify new and improved solutions to our IT needs, successfully bridging the gap between technology and business requirements. You will be approachable and tenacious, have sound communications and high energy, be highly organised with a can-do approach.
To be successful, you will meet the following essential criteria:
Degree in information technology or related industry experience
Advanced knowledge and skills with Office 365 apps and ability to assist staff with adoption of MS Office, Sharepoint, MS Teams, One Drive, One Note etc
Ability to pick up new services, software and systems quickly and to transfer knowledge and skills to staff efficiently and effectively
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic
Proven time management skills, ability to prioritise and work equally effectively as part of a team or independently
Current drivers licence
Ability and willingness to travel to other offices (regionally and interstate) as required.
