Industrial Site Electrician - Blenheim

Job Description Talley's Blenheim branch has vacancies for an Industrial Site Electrician at our Land Based plant to deliver on site electrical and maintenance services.  This site services the Shellfish operation. This is a full-time role, rostered, with a minimum of 40 hours each week. You will work within a diverse and constantly changing operating environment, to install, maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment, including 3 phase motors, pneumatics and hydraulics. You will become part of a small but skilled team who strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and skillset. Talley's offer a competitive remuneration package and an exciting opportunity to further develop your career within a leading NZ company.  Based on your experience and qualifications, your hourly rate will range from $40 - $50 Qualifications Qualifications  and Experience You will need: NZ registration as an Electrician or hold a Limited Certificate as an Electrician from the Electrical Workers Registration Board and at least two years of relevant work experience The ability to work unsupervised An ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure To be well presented, tidy and reliable Advance knowledge in the following would be beneficial: Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and plans Motors and motor starters Variable Speed Drives PLC centres and PLC diagrams Refrigeration and control Additional Information Why choose Talley's With multiple operations within Talley's, there's always opportunities available for growth and progression.
