We are looking for Enthusiastic & Experienced who may specialise various food preparation in South Indian Tamilnadu style cook our food trailer night market and Evants & take way & catering .
The ideal candidate must have at least over 5 years hand on experience in tamilnadu style 100%
Skills request for this position as below:
>Prepare the key ingredients for all the South Indian items in the food trailer menu.
>Prepare the South Indian items upon costumes order.
>Able to prepare dishes as required by management.
>Prepare and cook special dishes for South Indian style.
>Holding regular meeting with the key kitchen staff to ensure smooth running of the food trailer.
>Monitor quality of dishes.
>Maintain a high level of cleanliness.
>To be fully aware of all the health and safety at work regulation.
>To assist manager in compiling menus or changes to menu depending on customer demands.
>Regular stock rotation is required.
>Ensure maintenance And protection of all operating equipment.
>All other duties as required by management.
