We are adding more full-time inbound Customer Service Support Specialists to our telephone-based team to provide the supreme service and responsive assistance our clients customers.
As a customer support specialist for our technology client, you join our class of other new starters where you will be provided with 4 weeks of extensive fully paid technical training to set you up for a successful career with us. After you complete your training you will enter a nesting period of additional training, coaching and support. At this point you will begin taking inbound calls from our client’s customers and resolving technical issues over the phone. Every call is a different person with a different need, so you will get to spend the best part of the day interacting with real people and being their hero.
