In-House Litigator

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Drafting and preparing Court documents
Managing the full litigation process including pre-trial activities and representation in Court.
Advising the owners on litigation strategies and potential outcomes
Liaising with relevant third parties when necessary

Senior level litigator and court experience
Strong communication and mediation skills
Proven advocacy experience
Holder of a NZ Practicing Certificate
Ability to work independently
Experience in insurance, construction and commercial litigation advantageous
An astute ability to problem solve and think outside the box
