ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within the Airfreight team, your primary focus will be the processing of Import Air shipments through the branch.You will be working with like minded individuals whom will assist in your learning and growth. This business is serious about career opportunities and will ensure that cross training isn't just promised - they will deliver! A fantastic steppingstone for an ambitious individual with 2 years experience in the industry.
DUTIES
Ensure job registrations, U/Bs and ACA has been processed correctly
Extensive liaising with customers
Interaction with Airlines, CTOs, co loaders and clients
Coordinating relevant documentation
Invoicing - disbursements and finals when required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2 years Import Airfreight experience
EDI Cargowise experience
Experience liaising with overseas offices via email and phone
Be well-organised and have the ability to multi-task
Strong self-motivation, drive and initiative
