About the Role:
Working within the Professional Services Group you will be part of a high performing team who provides professional consulting, implementation and project management services to customers that enable the implementation of Orion Health software as complete solutions or as part of solutions.
You’ll be working with the latest and greatest software and technology solutions, installing and configuring software components to provide an effective solution to the client. As a key client liaison you will provide support and facilitate knowledge transfer applying your knowledge and experience to diagnose and solve problems.
About You:
You are proactive, have a passion for delivering the best possible service and known as someone who goes above and beyond for your customers. You are results focused and resourceful in problem solving.
You may have worked in a hospital or public health organisation where you’ve leveraged on your IT savvy and process flow knowledge.
You’re equally comfortable talking with both highly technical people and business manager types and will have experience in the following:
2+ year of implementation support or 4+ years application support experience
Understanding of workflow processes in Healthcare Organisations along with the National Collections would be advantageous
Experience using and querying RDBMS Database Technologies preferably MS SQL Server & T-SQL. ETL and SSRS knowledge would be an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects or issues at any one time
Proven technical analytical and problem-solving skills
