Immigration Chambers is a busy firm of licensed immigration advisers and legal professionals based in Auckland CBD We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to help with paperwork and marketing Full training will be provided and pay rate will be determined based on level of experience We have a professional but fun working environment Fulltime hours will be no less than 30 hours per week and flexible working hours are available if needed The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience at least 12 months working in an office environment and have a trackrecord of paying attention to detail The environment in the office is generally fast paced and we are deadlinedriven so speed is also a must The role involves general office duties such as Answering phone calls Taking appointments Photocopying and filing Completing immigration forms Invoicing and basic accounting You will also be involved in marketing for the business including Monitoring the companys social media accounts Sharing posts on facebook and instagram etc Undertaking general market research If this sounds like an opportunity for you please send us your CV and a brief cover letter
