It is people, it is people, it is people.About The RoleWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Facilities Manager ready to take the next step in their career, or an experienced Account Director to lead the delivery, growth, and retention of facilities management across a portfolio of commercial accounts.
This role is responsible for providing leadership to Contract Managers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance.
You will support Contract Managers with FM operations, including contractor management, compliance, risk, and financial oversight, while also championing health, safety, and quality standards.
A key part of your role will be to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, and support the implementation of the annual IFM strategic plan.
