Ideal Buildings/Hsb Builders - Administrator

Ideal Buildings and HSB Builders require an office administrator to carry our basic office duties, responding to emails, answering phone calls and dealing with customers. Experience in word and excel is essential, and experience in using Zero is preferred. This role will involve learning to draw basic garage plans on our computer program Successful applicant must be positive, have great people and communication skills and able to think on their feet. The position is currently 3 days a week, preference is two of these days work within school hours with one late night (5pm). Hours may increase as experience in the job is gained.
