Facilitating existing programs to meet users’ requirements.Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.Installing, testing, maintaining and updating the various software as per the company’s requirement.Providing technical consultation and support associated with operating systems.Providing complex analysis of systems software and hardware requirements to determine operating systems specifications and customizations.Designing and maintaining websites.Designing sub systems and system integrations.Uploading consumers deals and maintaining all buyers/ traders accounts.Securing data of clients and consumers i.e. Credit cards and all personal and banking information.Maintenance of database for online products and services.Providing the strategy and design to build a utility for systems programming tasks required for installations, configurations, upgrades and testing.Developing new documentation, participates in the development of departmental technical procedures and designs user support guides.Consulting with management and recommends process and procedure improvements.Performing help desk services offering first-hand support, advice and training to the company’s clients in regard to computing and networking and dealing with design issues.Acting as an escalation point for operating system support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.Leading projects, including assignment of tasks, and provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.Track, compile and analyse online usage data.Ensuring that sufficient data back-up measures has been taken to meet the requirements of the company.Assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation planCollaborating with development teams to discuss, analyse, or resolve usability issues.A suitable candidate should have a valid visa for NZ / NZ citizen / NZ PR.
