Our client is one of the most leading Irish Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Companies. They supply, install and service a wide range of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and HVAC systems to meet the high specifications of manufacturers. Due to their continued success, they are now seeking to recruit a HVAC Project Manager in Clare / west of Ireland.

Project Supervisor
Responsibilities of the role: The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines.Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
5+ years previous experience in Project Management with a recognised relevant qualification
Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor
Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
Prepare relevant reports
Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
Reporting on progress
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:An engineering or trade qualification or relevant work experience
Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
Fluent English
Flexible to travel
A trade background
Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
A minimum of 5 years in a Supervision role
Desirable Skills:Excellent communication skills
Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a friendly team
Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
Ability to drive a large-scale project
A construction background
Good Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
