Our client, designs, installs, and maintains leading edge HVAC systems, in both critical environments and other commercial building situations. They are a privately owned and operated specialist air conditioning and ventilation company. Their highly experienced staff have a wealth of knowledge in tender contract works, design, construction, and project management skills, ranging from single unit air conditioning installation to multi-storey, high-rise buildings and other commercial applications.

About Role:
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Air conditioning and ventilation design
Air conditioning and ventilation estimation and pricing
Tender preparation, submittal, and sales
Project budget and timeline monitoring
Project Management for projects under 200K
In addition to the core responsibilities, the role will have a new business development focus that will grow over time.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
A relevant qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced level preferred
Able to use drawing programmes – Cad / Rivet
A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure
A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results
