Full-Time permanent employmentVibrant and exciting team and company cultureLong term career opportunityLooking for a new challenge?how about a move to the sunny Hawkes Bay?This vibrant company is looking for someone just as energetic as they are to join their well-oiled team.ABOUT THE ROLE:You will be working closely with the Contracts Manager and will be involved with projects from tender stage through to completion.Performing heating and cooling load calculations, heat transfer, pressure calculations, and equipment selections as related to building engineered systemsDeveloping system options and making recommendations for improvementSystem’s evaluations, analysis and reporting, including energy analysis and life cycle cost analysisProviding HVAC design support for engineering studies and analysis, equipment sizing/selection, code review, field investigations, and various other tasks related to the design of HVAC systemsCoordinating design elements with other design disciplines and ArchitectureWorking with AutoCAD in production of HVAC design drawingsProvide Quotes/Tenders/Estimates for inhouse and external designsBe responsible for Tenders from invitation through to submittalNurture current customer relationships and increase customer baseComplete Producer Statements and Operation and Maintenance manualsABOUT YOU:You will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency with Auto CAD is requiredPrevious experience with high value contract quotingYou will be experienced to support the design and engineering of building type projects on various scales and complexityYou will have excellent communication skills and be eager to take on new challengesRefrigeration design experience preferred but not essentialProven experience with issuing of Producer StatementsHave the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality designSolid experience or proven track record in your past employment historyGood work ethics and reliabilityAbove all you will need to have a great attitude and be a team player with the ability to also work independentlyBENEFITS:On offer is an extremely attractive salary package, plus vehicle, laptop and phone.Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm.TO APPLY:You must be an NZ Citizen or have a valid NZ Work Visa to apply for this role.
