What will you do?
In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead a team of four HR Advisors based in our Christchurch office. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and as part of the wider HR team, you will ensure that we continue to provide effective HR support to the leaders and teams at our 34 Villages.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and providing advice across a range of human resource practices
Building effective relationships
Advising and supporting employment relations processes
Leading projects
Coaching and developing a team of HR Advisors
