We are looking for an up and coming HR professional to take a business partner approach, working alongside our organisation to provide handson operational employment advice and support and administrative services.
The HR Department plays an important role in supporting the business to achieve its strategies and goals and the successful applicant will be an essential part of this work.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, in this permanent full-time role you will provide support to our organisation in the key HR functional areas of recruitment, performance management, training and development and employment legislation advice. There is potential for the scope of the role to grow and encompass other aspects of the HR function in the future, dependent upon the abilities and performance of the successful person.
