The Role An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our passionate and collaborative People team. As a critical member of our team, you will build strong partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to our rapidly expanding global technology business unit. Reporting to the People Success Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide advice and apply critical thinking to opportunities impacting human resource disciplines for our teams. In order to be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role within a global setting Applicable experience in a hands-on HR generalist role, previous HR management experience would be advantageous Sound working knowledge across HR disciplines such as compensation, ER, diversity, performance management, and employment law in a global setting Why you will enjoy working with us..
