Reporting to the GM People and Culture we are looking for a natural leader and experienced HR practioner to led us in our journey to be become the employer of choice in Te Tauihu.
Leading our HR team you will be smart, collaborative, relational and resilient. With innovative ideas and new approaches you will harness the talent in our organisation, unpick the trends and provide knowledge and strategy to achieve our organisational goals.
Driven by strategy you will develop ideas and initiatives that deliver positive outcomes to our organisation and those who work here.
With an understanding of the operational areas of our business you will be able to identify, prioritise and implement solutions across:
Strategic HR management
Employment relations
Workforce planning
Remuneration management
Future of work
Oversight of learning and development
Operational management - including policy development, reporting and analytics
To be successful in the role you will have over 10 years generalist HR experience, the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation and in-depth knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation. With a relevant tertiary qualification you will have experience working in an medium to large organisation with a diverse portfolio of business units and teams.
