Human Resources Health Safety and Insurance Role Be a part of one of NZ s premier domestic and international removal companies We currently have an opportunity for a true team player to join our team at World Moving Storage Ltd based in Avondale near the motorway To thrive in this role you will be calm in nature flexible and adaptable with proven initiative and good judgement skills You will be down to earth approachable and organised You will be providing HR administration through to improving engagement and H S administration and advice You will be responsible for a population in Auckland and Christchurch About the role Varied and busy role Provide day to day coordination and general administrative tasks to support management and departments across the business HR Functions Employment Relations performance management disciplinary management recruitment and support to management to ensure all HR activity is managed effectively and efficiently Delivering up to date employment practice advice and information with up to date knowledge of NZ employment legislation and compliance Health Safety Management Develop and manage an effective H S program including training and audits Insurance Manage and maintain all insurance for the company including client insurance communications and resolution About you An excellent coordinator and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude Professional detail focused approach to all communications external and internal Ability to meet deadlines work with high volumes and prioritise important tasks Mature outlook able to work independently and use your initiative Confident following processes and analysing information Be relationship focused and understand the importance of developing relationships Experience in HR and Health Safety policies and procedures A passion to enhance and maintain a great company culture Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skills We Offer A Supportive and fun team Positive and social company culture New office with awesome sea views On site parking Fresh fruit delivered Subsidised breakfasts Barista coffee machine This is currently a 35 hour permanent position but we are open to negotiate flexible hours for 4 or 5 days per week to suit your personal situation If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for please send your CV and covering letter to aileen worldmoving co nz
