Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination of HR tasks. A day in the life of the successful candidate may include:Responding to applicants and employment enquiries via various channelsScreening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates regarding their applications and ensuring a positive candidate experience Consulting with management to ensure staffing requirements are metAssisting with other day-to-day HR tasks as a member of the wider HR teamAssist and support the handling of complaints and grievancesFacilitate the onboarding and offboarding processWhat you will bring to the table:You will be a people person, have great communication skills, time management skills, and a natural passion for all things HR, inclusive of recruitment and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a high-performing team.
