You'll be a trusted business partner to the Chief Digital Officer and their team, supporting them in driving innovation and transformation.
In this role you will oversee:Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR & Business Partnering – Applying organisational design thinking and providing thought leadership to people plans, and landing relevant activity in a meaningful way that impacts business performanceLearning & Development – Driving a strategic approach to capability growth, including leveraging Udemy to create a learning cultureEmployment Relations & Change Management – Supporting leaders to manage change and resolve ER challenges in a way that aligns to N4L valuesManaging cyclical HR initiatives such as talent, performance, salary reviews, and engagement surveys etc.
Ensuring compliance and embedding best practices across the organisation.What you will need to be successfulAs a business focused HR thought leader who has operated as a Business Partner or Senior Business Partner, you will have experience working in corporate or professional environments, with strong expertise in engagement, capability development, ER and change management.
Skilled in building relationships and influencing leaders, you will have a proven track record of developing capability and supporting leaders through challenges and to realise an ambitious vision.
A commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge thinking to drive effectiveness will be key to your success.
