We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the ANZ HR Manager based in Sydney this key role is part of the ANZ HR team but works autonomously across NZ, partnering with NZ leaders to drive growth strategies particularly through commercial and a pathology reference laboratory offering for our veterinary customers. Importantly, this role will also lead the ANZ focus for supporting end executing our learning and development strategy.
Who we are looking for:
You will be a senior HR practitioner with a strong understanding of a business partnering HR approach and a minimum of three years’ generalist HR experience.You will have experience in all the essentials; recruitment, change management, learning and development, employment relations and health and safety.You will have a can-do attitude and you will be entirely comfortable working independently to execute HR initiatives.Skilled at bringing others on the journey, you will have excellent advisory, guidance and coaching skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.You will have a desire to be involved in, and effective at all levels, while remaining flexible to work across multiple projects and any ad-hoc employee related matters that may arise.Your communication and relationship building skills are second-to-none and you will have demonstrated experience in partnering with senior management.A true member of the ANZ HR team; you’ll be enthusiastic and full of energy with a passion for delivering to our customers.What we offer:
