Human Resources Advisor

Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven and experienced Human Resources Advisor who is a strong relationship builder.

You will be conducting ER and change management work.

This is a permanent position.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:
At least two years previous experience working as an Human Resources Advisor Previous experience working with operational human resources processes and systems Previous ER and change management experience Previous experience coaching managers and supporting people partners At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
