This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about expanding their knowledge and experience in a challenging and busy environment. You will be responsible for supporting business units across the Waikato DHB and the various staff groups.
The HR consultancy team plays a key role in contributing to and influencing at operational and strategic levels.
To be successful, you will need:
a working knowledge of employment legislation in NZ
a proven track record of managing key relationships
ability to deal with ambiguity
excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position would ideally suit someone who has a minimum of three years' experience in HR or experience in a related field, and is looking for an opportunity to take their knowledge and skills to the next level.
