Role Requirements:

? Respond and manage end to end Recruitment processes and support managers throughout the process.
? Source and provide information for staff regarding career development, training and wellness programs.
? Manage end to end employment relation processes including performance management, employee probation's, change management, disputes and disciplinary investigations.
? Providing guidance, advice and interpretation to the business on HR matters as required.
