Our client is currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their busy manufacturing operation based in Mangere. They're a rapidly growing business that has transitioned from start-up to full scale commercial production and are continuing to expand.

There has been a lot of work done developing the systems and framework, so the foundations are there but there's still plenty more to do and this is still very much an opportunity to make it your own. You'll be a real people person and thrive on getting the team fully engaged and truly living and breathing H&S. You'll also be true self starter and want to take ownership of HSE within this business.

Ideally you will have previous experience leading HSE within a manufacturing business and bring the practical and pragmatic style that will help engage and bring along the team. You'll also be a strong person and be comfortable holding others to account or pushing back when needed.

You'll need to have:
A successful track record of leading HSE within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Tertiary qualifications in HSE or equivalent experience
Sound knowledge of legislation
Motivation, energy and a great attitude
