Hr Truck Drivers - Waste Management

About the role:
Operate Skip and Hook Trucks with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
Secure loads mounted on trucks with chains and straps
Perform and record daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
Adhere to driving hour restrictions & fatigue management requirements where applicable
Report incidents and preparing accident and incident reports as necessary

About You:
Possess a current and valid VIC HR/HC licence
Must have a minimum of 12 months solid driving experience skip or hook truck experience an advantage
Current and clean driving record
Have a sound knowledge of the Melbourne metro & surrounding areas
Superior customer service and communication skills
Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive can-do attitude

Please note, we conduct driver trials out of our Clayton South site every Wednesdays and Thursdays which includes a drug and alcohol screen. Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a truck safe medical at one of our medical providers. Bingo covers the cost of these medicals
