Dynamic & fast paced role with plenty of varietyPut your awesome payroll systems knowledge into actionThe RoleAs our new HR Process Owner - Payroll, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of HR Operations end to end Systems underpinned with the management of one of our technology solutions (Success factors / Kronos / E-HR).You will provide expertise in managing technology solutions and vendors and will drive initiatives to ensure maximisation of uptake and effectiveness of our systems. The role will also be instrumental in helping determine the appropriate technology solutions to support our strategic imperatives. This partnered with maintaining the health and capability required to ensure best practice performance.
About you
Your drive and proactive personality will be an asset to the team. Your ability to prioritise and balance competing demands and handle ambiguity with ease is what will set you apart from the rest.
You’ll have previous experience within payroll, and solid understanding of HR and Payroll legislation, policy and processes. You will be tech savvy, and have strong software systems skills, cloud-based applications. Ideally you will also have a working knowledge of system integration, process and system architecture mapping. And have a passion for continuous improvement
