As New Zealand's go-to company for infrastructure construction and maintenance services, we know our people are what make us great. City Care is going places and we're looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join the Citycare Property team.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering quality HR support and solutions, to dedicated operational teams.
This role will kick start your HR career in a large national organisation with a supportive team around you. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager in Christchurch with whom the successful candidate will work with to build capability and strong partnerships with all staff from senior leaders to field staff working across multiple sites.
The Property team are involved in a diverse range of work, from Mower Operators to Electricians, Asset Management to Project Management and part of this role will be to understand the diversity as well as work collaboratively with the people in the business. Beforeyou hit the apply button, please checkyouhave the following:
A recent graduate with a tertiary level qualification in HR or similar field
Exceptional customer service/delivery with the ability to offer solutions to a diverse group of employees.
Well-developed relationship-building, organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
A willingness and ability to quickly learn applied HR, HRIS and other systems.
The ability to work in a team.
Computer literate, including Microsoft Software package (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
