Job Ref 30057 This is an amazing opportunity for an accomplished HR Data Improvement Specialist with expert skills in data analysis and HRIS systems As the HR Data Improvements Specialist for Oranga Tamariki you will identify opportunities for improvement in processes systems and reporting within the context of Human Resources This will be achieved through interactions with a variety of business stakeholders senior management and subject matter experts or super users from within the business Reporting to the Manager HR Reporting Analytics you will play a key role in the analysis and recommendation of changes required due to internal audit responses technology enhancements and other opportunities identified across systems within the HR function Specific tasks will include but will not be limited to Work continuously to improve data quality Provide expert HR data support to users for systems including CHRIS21 Salesforce myHR LMS Liaise with key stakeholders on data validation processes to ensure quality of data used for reporting and auditing Work closely with Technology and Channels in the development of initiatives and improvements to system use and project relations to system changes Provide relevant HR data and people analytics to support Business decisions Work with internal stakeholders and align consistent HR processes where relevant with the HRIS platforms and be the subject matter expert To be successful in this role you will possess Qualification in appropriate field or relevant experience within a HR systems focus Experience using complex HRIS ideally SAP SuccessFactors and CHRIS Payroll Highly developed analytical and numeracy skills Experience of working within an analytical role Proven project management and stakeholder engagement ability Previous experience developing processes including process mapping Comfortable dealing with ambiguity About us Oranga Tamariki Ministry for children works to advance the wellbeing and positive longterm outcomes of tamariki rangatahi and their wh nau In everything we do the safety wellbeing and bestinterests of children are paramount and we are committed to working with others to achieve this As we are in the middle of an incredible transformation now is an exciting time to join and help us in our work How to apply Please note all applications must be made online If you have any questions please contact our Recruitment Advisor Tom Bowen tom bowen ot govt nz Note applications close 26th February
