Heritage Lifecare Group is a nationwide Aged Care Provider with facilities across New Zealand catering for all stages of aged care needs.

Don't be afraid - our industry may not sound that exciting from the outside but you will be surprised. We have a lot going on. We have not only just gone through a land mark change in people legislation but as a business we are expanding and growing in all ways shapes and forms.

As a result of this growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and focused HR Coordinator to join the team.

You would be reporting to the General Manager Human Resources who has a passion for developing talent and believes in providing good HR exposure for growth. She is also motivated to get systems implemented and believes in adding real value to the business.

This role will provide fabulous opportunities to gain exposure to all facets of HR at varying levels and will provide you the opportunity to truly put your mark on the world.

We believe in working as a team to create greatness and are looking for someone who is not going to be put off by needing to complete some of the more 'ordinary' work but equally can create something innovative. We don't expect you to know everything but we do expect you to show initiative, ask questions and be solution focused.

If you hold a HR related qualification with ideally 1-2 years of experience under your belt, you don't shy away from a challenge, like working collaboratively, work well under pressure, have a glass half full mentality, and are prepared to roll up your sleeves to make things happen no matter how challenging or exciting they may be, we want to hear from you. You will have a strong customer focus, are able to prioritise tasks and are tech savvy, especially in word and excel.
