About the role:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Christchurch based team reporting to the Senior HR Manager, to provide on-going support to our people and leaders across the business and within your own portfolio. This is a hands-on, collaborative and varied role where getting the right person is essential to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
Coaching our leaders, managers, and supervisors on HR, ER and employee engagement to build our people and capabilities
Developing and implementing HR strategic objectives including organisation development and change management
Building on-going strong relationships across the wider business
Being a trusted advisor on all HR legislative and regulatory matters in partnership with our HR manager
Delivering pragmatic solutions and coaching techniques
About you:
You will have 5 years' + experience in a Senior HR role (Advisory or HRBP) within a large dairy, manufacturing and/or FMCG environment with a degree in HR. This is an ideal role for someone looking for scope across the business at a Senior level and the ability to work within a multinational environment. If you can influence the business with confidence, with a positive, pro-active and resilient outlook, this is the role for you.
With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a sound working knowledge of NZ employment legislation, trends, and practices, you will be a vital part of the Westland Milk Products dynamic HR team, where our people are important to us and an integral part of who we are!
