This role sits within the Treasury's Corporate Shared Services (CSS), who uniquely within the public sector provide corporate services to both DPMC and the Treasury.
Part of CSS, thePeople & Wellbeing teamhave an exciting opportunity for a highly motivatedHuman Resources Business Partnerto join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is focused on enabling the DPMC through its people to be a high-performing organisation.
The Role

You will have strong communication skills, loads of energy and a great ability to build enduring relationships. This role requires extensive engagement with Managers and senior leaders to understand their areas of the organisation, their strategic objectives and to identify and resolve their strategic people risks. This role supports the development and delivery of HR service, policy, practice and strategy, supporting DPMC to achieve their strategic goals.
About You
We are looking for an HR practitioner who has worked with leadership teams understanding their key drivers and strategic priorities, establishing proactive and agile partnering relationships. We require a self-managing HR professional who can build credibility and connect well across the business. You won't shy away from having challenging conversations and have a natural ability to influence to reach desired outcomes.
You will be responsible for leading, developing and coordinating HR advice and guidance that support our leaders to deliver their people management accountabilities. You will be known for the credible service you provide and your ability to deliver time and time again. You will also help develop and embed operational and strategic HR projects and change activities.
